Trystan Phifer O’Leary

Trystan Phifer O’Leary is the Executive Director for Glavin PLLC.

Trystan began her career as a litigator in Washington, D.C, where she focused on complex civil and commercial litigation and international trade disputes. In 2003, she joined The Law, Health Policy and Disability Institute working with government agencies to create and implement employment policies and programs that improve workforce access and opportunities for people with disabilities.

Trystan has led numerous volunteer initiatives and served on multiple boards, including New Life Furniture Bank of Massachusetts and the New England Finance Committee for Biden for President during the 2020 Presidential primaries and general election.
