Lee joined Glavin PLLC after many years as a senior litigator at a major international law firm where his practice focused on representation of corporate clients, institutions, and high-profile individuals in complex litigation matters in state and federal court both in New York and across the United States.
Lee is a seasoned commercial litigator who has represented boards, directors and officers in shareholder derivative actions and disputes arising from M&A transactions and other complex contractual matters. Lee counsels clients on defending claims of workplace misconduct and allegations of abuse brought pursuant to various New York revival statutes.
As a former prosecutor, Lee has experience advising clients in connection with governmental investigations and related class action litigation, including in matters before the SEC and New York state regulators. For decades, Lee has represented clients at trials and hearings, in arbitration proceedings, and in class actions, MDL proceedings, and other multi-party proceedings.
Lee’s pro bono practice has included representation of clients in death penalty cases, cases involving post-trial use of DNA evidence, and cases involving Second Amendment issues.
