Katherine E. Petrino
AssociateKatherine (“Katie”) Petrino is an Associate at Glavin PLLC.
Katie’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government investigations, and all phases of complex civil litigation. Katie represents individuals and companies in criminal and civil matters before state and federal courts, as well as various federal regulators and enforcement authorities, including the DOJ and the SEC.
She has experience advising clients on a wide variety of matters including securities and anti-money laundering laws, healthcare fraud, and workplace misconduct. In addition, Katie maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on indigent criminal defense.
During law school, Katie worked as a student attorney in the Boston College Law Defenders Clinic representing individuals seeking compassionate release and release on parole. She was also a judicial intern to Chief Justice Kimberly S. Budd of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Chief Judge Freda L. Wolfson (ret.) of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
