Alexander (“Alex”) Holland is an Associate at Glavin PLLC.

Alex’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government investigations, and all phases of complex civil litigation. He represents individuals and companies in criminal and civil matters before state and federal courts, as well as various federal regulators and enforcement authorities, including the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, New York State Department of Financial Services, and New York Attorney General.

Alex has experience advising clients on a wide variety of matters including securities, anti-money laundering, and sanctions laws as well as cryptocurrency and workplace misconduct. In addition, Alex maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on indigent criminal defense.

Thomas (“Tommy”) Halpern is an Associate at Glavin PLLC.

Tommy’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and securities. He has represented clients in matters involving financial services, securities, contract disputes and products liability. Tommy has broad experience representing clients in all phases of litigation. He has successfully represented clients at trial in multiple cases before federal and state courts in New York, as well as the Delaware Court of Chancery. Tommy also has broad experience representing clients in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and has effectively negotiated advantageous settlements to avoid protracted litigation.

In addition, Tommy maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients for violations of civil liberties as well as in disputes involving immigration, housing, and employment matters.

While in law school, Tommy served as a judicial extern for Judge Denny Chin of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and as a judicial intern for Justice Linda S. Jamieson of the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.

Leo Korman is an Associate at Glavin PLLC.

Leo’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, complex civil and commercial litigation, and administrative law. Leo represents clients in a diverse collection of criminal and civil matters and investigations, including cases involving securities laws, financial and banking crimes and sanctions violations.

Prior to joining Glavin PLLC, Leo served as a New York County Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Office of the New York City Special Narcotics Prosecutor, where he investigated and prosecuted complex narcotics, money laundering and firearms cases. As a Special Narcotics Prosecutor, Leo tried multiple cases to verdict.

During law school, Leo was a research assistant to Dean Emeritus John D. Feerick in his publication on the 25th Amendment to the United States Constitution. He also participated in the Policy and Legislative Advocacy Clinic.
