Rita Glavin Recognized by Benchmark Litigation among Top 250 Women in Litigation
Glavin PLLC, along with co-counsel Ross Aronstam & Moritz, won a significant trial victory for our client, Care One, as the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled that a former officer’s right to advancement was barred by unclean hands. In its post-trial decision, the Court noted that notwithstanding “Delaware’s strong public policy in favor of advancement,” the Court could not “ratify [the former officer’s] inequitable conduct by entering judgment in his favor and enforcing a right to advancement.” The Court specifically acknowledged the quality of advocacy on behalf of Care One, noting “Care One’s impressive impeachment of [the former officer] at trial.”
Congratulations to the Glavin PLLC team of Rita Glavin, Lee Gayer and Thomas Halpern who successfully represented Care One.
