Jeremy Blumenthal

Jeremy is a Law Clerk with experience working in civil litigation, securities enforcement, and pro bono business formation.

Prior to joining Glavin PLLC, Jeremy worked as a corporate paralegal at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz assisting with complex corporate transactions. In addition, he worked as a litigation paralegal with LaBarbera & Associates, and as a legal intern with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the New York Regional Office’s Division of Enforcement, and the City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project.

During law school, Jeremy served as a judicial intern for Justice Andrea Masley of the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court. He also served as the Online Content Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
