Cuomo Prevails on Motion to Dismiss in COVID-19 Lawsuit

Glavin PLLC prevailed on its Motion to Dismiss a class action lawsuit brought against former Governor Andrew M. Cuomo for claims related to the COVID-19 pandemic.  U.S. District Judge Katherine Polk Failla dismissed the case Joseph Ferrari et al. v. Andrew M. Cuomo et al. , 23 Civ. 7715 (S.D.N.Y.), with prejudice for failing to allege any viable federal claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
